The PPE we used was steel toe caps incase anything dropped on our feet, safety gloves to stop us cutting our hands and safety goggles to stop things such as pug and chips of bricks getting into our eyes.
The english bond was by far the hardest wall to build because it was hard to keep it level. I had to do the 6 point check on each course as the wall was built up. After we had built the English bond we had to take it down and clear our area and hack off the dry pug off the bricks.
